Technology Implementation
Buying and deploying technology, in the client’s interest.
Most businesses don’t need more technology, they need the right technology, deployed for the right reasons. We sit on your side of the table for every conversation that follows.
Engagements
What we typically do
- Independent technology assessments. We document what you have, what it costs, and where it is failing the business.
- Vendor selection and negotiation. We sit beside you through demos, RFPs, and contract review, translating sales language into commitments you can hold them to.
- Website audits and rebuilds. We evaluate whether your current site still serves the business behind it, and rebuild it when the answer is no.
- Social media strategy that produces measurable results, not vanity metrics.
- Implementation oversight. We stay in the room until the system is doing what the contract said it would.
How we work
No vendor relationships behind the curtain
We do not take referral fees, kickbacks, or preferred-partner commissions from any technology vendor. The advice you get is the advice we would give if the contract were ours. When we recommend a vendor, it is because we have used them, vetted them, or watched them perform in a setting that matters.
Engagement size
From a single conversation to a full implementation
Some engagements are a two-hour audit before a vendor meeting. Others run multi-month, sitting beside a buying committee through procurement and rollout. We scope to the problem, not to a billing model.
